Judi is attacked The nightmare begins. Judi and boyfriend Wayne are walking home from The Arches; but a storm drenches them and Wayne lends Judi his coat. Wayne has something in the cafe so he runs back to fetch it. While he's gone a masked gang jumps Judi - thinking her to be Wayne; he returns to find her cowering in pain...    After the attack: Wayne faces Judi's mum Wayne takes Judi to hospital for patching up. But far from being grateful, Mrs Jeffreys blames Wayne for the knifing.    Judi reveals her scar Judi has been left with a permanent scar. She becomes self-conscious and tries to put off removing her plaster. With gentle persuasion from Sarah-Jane, she finally reveals her injury to the world. Laura is at her best in these emotive scenes, which show Judi at a low ebb.    Proof positive Sean knows it's only a matter of time before Wayne exposes him, so he succeeds in getting Wayne excluded by planting drugs on him. Judi is determined to prove Wayne's innocence and steals the school CCTV tape. She finds the evidence she needs, but as she views the tape, someone is watching...    The game's over for Sean Wayne defies his exclusion and is determined to nail Sean. Meanwhile a tearful Matt tells Mr Robson about Sean's knife. The police are called and Sean makes a desperate bid to escape. As the police pursue Sean and Alec, Judi is stunned to discover her attacker's identity...    Judi's crusade The nightmare begins.
