DOB: 27 August 1986
TV: Darren Clarke
in GRANGE HILL (BBC 1999-2002); DOCTORS (BBC 2003)
ADAM ON DARREN:
I'm quite different to Darren in real life.
I feel Darren still has a lot of growing up to do, and
although he normally looks to be confident in most situations,
he can still be very naive. However, he does try and
be as nice to everyone as possible which I try and do
myself, you never know who going to bump into again
in this industry!
HOBBIES: In my
spare time I like to listen to lots of music, and I
like to write songs as well. Although my favourite music
is garage, my tastes are still very eclectic and I'll
listen to almost anything.

ON FAME... As
an actor I treat each job equally and like it's my last. Although
I'm only young, this industry is so flippant that you need to
keep that frame of mind. However, being in Grange Hill does
mean you have to do justice to the program due to its legacy.
I'd like to carry on being an actor, hopefully gong on to bigger
and better things but first I'd like to go to a drama college
like RADA. Among the cast I mainly hang around with Arnold Oceng
(Calvin), Amanda Fahy (Shannon), Rob Stuart (Matt), and Kacey
Barnfield (Maddie). However, we do all get on really well and
every one becomes a part of your extended family rather than
just a mate.
FAMILY: In
my family I have my Mum and Dad; and and my two older sisters
Melinda and Olivia. My Mum, Mary, is a hearing resource assistant,
my Dad, Chris, is an insurance broker, Melinda is in her final
year studying law at Westminster university and Olivia is
in her first year studying Bio-Medical science at Canterbury
university.
