KATE ON KELLY: I loved
playing Kelly. She was a bit of a joker, strong-minded
and a genuinely nice girl…so yes, very much like
myself! Appearing on Grange Hill was great - the best
seven years of my life. I still keep in touch with Emma
Willis, Peter Morton, Aidan David, Fiona Wade and one
of my very good friends was the late Laura Sadler.
Would I return to Grange Hill? It would be fun to do
a cameo I suppose! I must admit I don't still watch
Grange Hill. I caught a bit of one of the new episodes
which was very weird for me…and I couldn't quite
get my head around it!
FAMILY: I have
one brother. My dad is an electrician and my mum is
an audio-typist. I have a lovely boyfriend of 4 years
called Steve, he's an advertising art director.
HOBBIES/INTERESTS:
I love going to the theatre as often as possible. Like
a typical girl…my favourite hobby is shopping!!
WHERE AM I NOW?
I'm working in a theatre at the moment whilst still
going to castings and trying to get 'that job'. I'm
also trying to write some comedy at the moment too.
Ultimately, I want to be a successful actress and one
day have my own comedy series….I'll do it!
