School Days: 1997-2002
Tom always had a lively imagination, and with this mischievous
streak he was the rightful leader of the Double Dare Gang.
Dad was in the army and the family moved around before
settling in Northam; Tom went to the same primary school
as Lisa and they'd always been good friends. At home,
dad treated him like a squaddie so it's not surprising
he could pull off dares with military precision;
Tom was never hugely bright despite working hard at
school. Tom's militaristic upbringing meant he developed
some negative traits of the forces; he would do things
without considering the consequences and this could
have had major implications in the situation with Leah.
Thankfully Leah is recovering and they became friends
again. Tom was always cheerful and forward-looking;
and was popular with his classmates.
