Pamela was the classic school swot. When her nose wasn't
in a book she was an active member of the school council.
In some ways she seemed out of place at Grange Hill
- with a keen interest in horses (she had her own pony)
you'd have been forgiven for thinking she came from
girls' school.

home with her middle-class parents and younger brother

4 Pamela takes Penny's place on the school
council after Penny suffers a riding accident. Tucker
lusts after her, but, unaware he's listening, she cruelly
puts paid to any ideas he has of romance.
