Grange Hill didn't know what hit it when Annette Firman
arrived! Loud, bolshie and with a mouth to boot, Annette
always spoke her mind and didn't really care what others
thought of her. Fay's mum said she was a bad influence
on her daughter. But at least she could look after herself,
famously warning Mr Bronson when threatened with the cane!
Annette was incredibly vain; she had her own style in
clothes. Some say she didn't deserve it but Annette did
have loyal friends; proven when Fay alerted the school
to her brutal mother.

SCHOOL REPORT
Series 5: Annette accidentally sets of a stink
bomb on N1's first day. When Jonah is revealed as the
culprit she plans like-for-like revenge, but ends up pelting
Gripper! Annette and Belinda look for "the phantom
of the tunnels" overnight and disturb a burglary.
Series 6: Annette
and N2 go on an outward bound adventure holiday in Wales.
She is jealous of Fay's friendship with Julie.
Series 7: Annette
is selected for a modelling competition, only to find
she's one of hundreds! Annette shows off her expensive
presents - her mum has been hitting her, then buying her
off.
Series 8: Stewpot
two-times Claire with Annette. She takes part in the
school musical, Brighton Rock.
