Tom
not leaving Grange Hill!
RUMOURS ARE APPARENTLY CIRCULATING
that Thomas Hudson (Baz) has been axed from Grange Hill.
Well, we'd better set you straight.
It's true the next series will be Tom's last, but he hasn't
been shown the door - he is simply moving on to further his
acting career. Our information comes from a reliable source,
so we hope this clears that up!

Hair-raising
memories of outward bound star

and Roland but it wasn't as much fun for the adult actors!
John Ratcliff, now a leading music producer, played
an instructor called Doug in the episodes. In a new Close
Up coming soon, he recalls his fear having to stand at
the top of a 30ft tree that was the launch pad for The Big
Zipper, a huge aerial slide. How did he managed to confront
his fears? Find out soon!
