Lewis Rainer Meet new boy Ross Duncan
HE'S A GEEK WHO COMES OUT OF
his shell, then becomes more central to the storyline. That's how Grange Hill newcomer Lewis Rainer sums up his Grange Hill character Ross Duncan, one of several new faces appearing in the next series.

Thomas Hudson Baz back for one last run
THOMAS HUDSON WILL BE RETURNING
to Grange Hill for his final series this year. Once his four-year stint as Baz Wainwright comes to an end, Tom hopes to move on to bigger things; he has already filmed a movie, Love and Hate, which was released in May.

He also has a recurring role in Casualty, as Maggie Coldwell's son Jamie. Good luck Tom and we look forward to seeing more of you!

 

Peter Morton Peter starts songwriting career
AS WAYNE SUTCLIFFE HE WAS
one of Grange Hill's hottest properties in the 90s and 00s. Now, actor Peter Morton is hoping to carve out a new career as a singer/songwriter, and is offering samples of his work online.

Peter, who now likes to be known as PJ Morton, plays harmonica and keyboards as well as providing vocals and is recording on the Desolate Icon label. To hear some of Peter's songs click over to his website: http://www.myspace.com/desolateicon.

Simone Hyams Simone swaps acting for managing
CALLEY DONNINGTON WAS AN
ambassador for Grange Hill in the sixth form, so it's somewhat fitting that Simone Hyams who played her is now managing events.

The 1980s favourite stopped acting in her 20s but was highly visible during Grange Hill's 20th anniversary celebrations in 1998. Read more from Simone herself in CAN U HELP?
