THE WEEKLY NEWS FROM GH ONLINE Issue 64 25 September 2005
Hi!

Filming of the new series enters the final stages now, and we've a good few hints as to what to expect in the new series. Meanwhile, one ex-Grange Hill actor hopes to be reunited with his fellow stars...

Michael Sheard Could Grange Hill burn again?
IT MIGHT WELL - AND JUST THREE YEARS
since the last blaze gutted the school. But in the sixth form it's passions that are smouldering as Baz finds two girls fighting over him - but one of them could have an ulterior motive.

Look out for more scamming from the Wannabees as they move up to Year 8, but can the gang survive as a trio? Meanwhile, Maddie and Martin's new-found friendship could develop further...

All this and more latest news in our Series 29 page, and don't miss the new series from November on the CBBC channel!

90s stars wanted for reunion!
WERE YOU IN GRANGE HILL
during the 1990s? If you were, Ian Steele, who played Brian Shaw - is organising a reunion event in London and would love you to be there! No date has been finalised but the event is expected to take place in central London in mid-October.

If you appeared in Grange Hill any time between 1990 and 1996, we'd love to hear from you, so please drop us a line. Further information at

GH Online: The first five years
IT'S A SPECIAL MONTH FOR GH ONLINE
as we celebrate five years on the web. We don't actually know the exact date of our launch, but it was towards the end of September 2000 and since then we've grown into the definitive resource for all Grange Hill fans.

The site literally came out of nowhere; there was no advance publicity and in those early days we made things up as we went along! But the past five years have been a fascinating period in Grange Hill's history; GH Online has overseen the show reaching new levels of controversy, the sad loss of two Grange Hill favourites and also the biggest change in the programme's history - the move of the series to Liverpool in 2002. We are delighted to have covered these events and more.

But of course, all this wouldn't have been possible without you, the visitors to GH Online. Thanks to everyone who has helped make GH Online such a success, and, as Tucker Jenkins once said, "we couldn't do the show without you!"
