THE
STORY SO FAR...
The Hill was suspended for the week following
Tanya's antics. Annie was on the phone activating "her"
credit card but had more important things to worry about - namely
her mum. Spencer was in a panic because he hadn't advertised the auditions.
Togger and Andy were practising their times for "On Yer Bike";
Togger was determined to win.
Abel was banned from taking part in the bike
ride. In the playground, he was beseiged by fans wanting his autograph.
Andy told Togger Abel was finding this hard too. The Year 7 lads
were having a kickabout and Tigger kicked the ball at Kathy, causing
her to drop the scripts. The auditions went disastrously, with a
reluctant Tanya and Togger picked to do a reading. Emma and Jeremy
were more enthusiastic.
Alison stopped Alex bunking off swimming. Mr
McDonnell made him find some trunks but there was nothing there
to fit him. Tigger found a fake toe and threw it in the pool. It
was found by a terrified girl and Mr McDonnell sent everyone back
to the changing rooms. Alison urged Alex to stand up to Mooey after
witnessing another ambush from the Year 9 bully. Spencer sent Alex
away with a camcorder when he turned up for his mentoring session.
Alex poured his heart out on film.
Tanya was thrilled when Jean e-mailed to say
he would be coming to meet her personally! Annie let Tanya buy some
clothes with her credit card. Dawn rubbished Kathy's script and
Kathy challenged Dawn to do better. Dawn decided her script would
champion personal individuality. Spencer saw the footage of Malachay
performing one of the songs and realised Malachay had swung the
vote.
The pupils gathered for the bike ride. Togger
changed the direction signs to ensure he won; Andy couldn't talk him
out of it. The Hill was back on air and the Year 9 girls were due
to be interviewed about the recycling scheme. Tanya rolled up late
and missed the interview. Emma and Annie struggled in her absence.
Tanya glammed herself up and Emma was shocked to hear she planned
to meet Jean instead of finishing the race.
Spencer and Kathy were looking for Dawn - who
was suffering a serious case of mental block. Later they found her
struggling over her laptop and she stormed off, thinking her effort
was rubbish. Kat persuaded her to hand over the disc. Baz got a
call from his dad asking would he collect his pills. Malachay scolded
him for being late. As the French exchange students arrived Taylor
and Baz came to blows. This time, Baz really was off the school
team.
Maddie spotted Taylor flirting and couldn't
wait to wind up Karen with the news. Karen said she trusted Taylor
completely. Chloe came off her bike and had to pull out injured.
Mr Fox agreed to sign her form if Sammy completed the course. The
accident enabled Tanya to give everyone the slip. Togger and Andy
followed her.
Tanya waited at the meeting point for Jean.
A man called Simon appeared and told Tanya that Jean was delayed
at the port. When Simon mentioned he was on his way to the port
Tanya persuaded him to let her tag along. As they walked to the
van, Tanya was unsettled that Simon seemed to know so much about
her. She sent Jean another text message; when Simon's phone rang,
she sussed him. Simon got nasty, gave chase and bundled her into
his van. Togger and Andy looked on in horror - Andy phoned the police
while Togger chased the van. A terrified Tanya was screaming for
her life.
The film team were impressed by Dawn's script.
A spark ignited between Kathy and Spencer. Maddie tried flirting with
Taylor, but he proclaimed loyalty to Karen. Simon's van narrowly missed
Jeremy as the bikers crossed the road. Simon threw Tanya out and sped
off. Sammy came last and discovered Chloe had "stolen" her
money by getting another 52 sponsors in Sammy's name. As the police
took Tanya away for questioning, Togger blamed himself and wished
he'd never changed the signs.
