YOUR WEEKLY E-MAIL FROM GH ONLINE
Issue 25: 08 August 2004

Hiya folks!

Hope you're all enjoying the sizzling weather...not much fun if you're stuck inside though(!) As you know by now GHTV has been suspended (more about that later), but we've still plenty of things to keep you entertained with including some great news for Grange Hill...

GHTV OFF THE AIR
We know a lot of you are very disappointed. We are too. But sadly GHTV's programmes have been suspended because of possible copyright issues.

By showing complete episodes of Grange Hill - no matter how old - GHTV was leaving itself open to copyright action and possible claims for royalties by the performers and writers. So please understand we've had no choice but to suspend programmes for the time being.

Rest assured it's not the end for GHTV - we hope to be back with our own material fairly soon. So it's not goodbye, more see ya later. Keep checking for more news!

GRANGE HILL TOP OF THE CLASS
Grange Hill has been voted best children's show of all time in a poll by Fruitella fruit chews. The survey of 2500 Brits put our favourite school came top of the class above other classics such as The Muppet Show. Tom And Jerry and Bagpuss. And with the 28th series now in production, Grange Hill definately isn't "over the Hill" just yet!
