YOUR WEEKLY E-MAIL FROM GH ONLINE
Issue 22: 28 June 2004

Hello!

Thanks to everyone who tuned in for the launch of GHTV this week and we hope you enjoyed it. The initial feedback is certainly positive...otherwise it's a rather quiet week for GH Online and Grange Hill...

COMING UP ON GHTV
Grange Hill's first series continues with a cracker of an episode. It was the first episode that really upset parents, teachers and other authority figures - and you can see it this Friday on GHTV!

The boys gather for their first swimming lesson, but thanks to a medical emergency and Benny's missing medal, a watery chaos ensues! Don't miss the infamous swimming pool episode this Friday at 5:10, 7 and 9pm!

TELL MERSEY TV YOU VALUE GH ONLINE
Last weekend GH Online's source ISP received a complaint from a source - thought to be Mersey TV - asking them to remove particular video clips and images from GH Online. While we do not know for certain the identity of the complainant, Mersey TV have previously issued us with a similar instruction with a threat of legal action.

GH Online does display a number of images sourced from Mersey TV wallpapers, but these are provided for reference only and we are not passing them off as our own. Several pages display a clear disclaimer to this effect.

However this appears not to be placating Mersey TV who clearly see GH Online as a major threat. But GH Online is appreciated and enjoyed by a great many people and provides a tribute to a fantastic series, old as well as new.

If you care about GH Online and you don't want us to close down, or be forced to remove material which will undermine the wealth of information on the site, please make your feelings known to Mersey TV and the BBC. Their postal and e-mail addresses can be found on the Forum:
