The football pitch becomes
a shrine to Baz, with pupils laying flowers and paying respects. Defying
his mum's orders to return to school, Togger shuts himself away with
his Playstation, leaving his schoolmates concerned.
Alex wants to visit the shrine at break but Mooey refuses to "release"
him. Alex is almost late for registration because of his stall;
McDonnell threatens to stop him doing it and Alex sees the opportunity
to break free. McDonnell suspects he's being bullied; Alex is on
the edge of naming his tormentor but wimps out.
Abel tries texting Togger, without success. Tanya goes round to Togger's.
She's the last person he wants to see and he tries to escape via the
back, only to walk right into her. Tanya tries reassuring Togger but
he's adamant he caused Baz's death. Togger soon tires of her counselling
act and as they start bickering a police car arrives - Tanya thinking
it's a truancy sweep and they hide before heading for a burger bar.
McDonnell swoops on Mooey and orders him to turn out his bag. He
doesn't have the cash but McDonnell is sure he's bullying Alex and
warns him to stop. A note is delivered to Alex in class "from Mrs
Bassinger"; it's really from Mooey warning him there's no Baz to
save him now. Clearly disturbed, Alex hides in the toilets. Chloe
cashes in on the tragedy by selling black arm bands "for Baz". Tigger
is repulsed but when Chloe accuses Togger of murdering Baz, Tigger
flips and pushes her over.
Tanya tells Togger that when her dad walked out, she realised she
had to forgive him in order to move on. A call from Luke interrupts
the tenderness and Togger almost storms off. He admits he never really
fancied Anna and they have nothing in common. Tanya admits there was
no spark between her and Baz and she felt she was being pressured.
Mooey and henchmen chase Alex but Mooey runs into Mr McDonnell,
allowing his victim to bolt. Holly is full of hate towards Anna
and lunges at her. Anna reveals that far from flirting with her,
Baz couldn't contain his happiness that he and Holly were approaching
their anniversary. After a meaningful afternoon together, Togger
still blames himself and breaks down in Tanya's arms. They almost
kiss but Togger can only see her as a mate and they head back to
school. Donnie forces open Baz's locker, choking back tears as he
shows Holly the prospectus for Sports College. He vows that "for
Baz's sake" Togger is "going to get what he deserves"...
