 Mooey kicks a football
through the window while cornering Alex. McDonnell sees and takes
his ill-gotten gains as payment. To recoup his losses, Mooey demands
£10 from Alex. Karen discovers most of those who came to her dance
class won't be going again - and bribes Tanya into helping boost the
numbers.
Kyle puts a "baldness curse" on Chloe and despite the bravado she's somewhat unnerved. Andrea tries to warn Chloe that Max isn't interested. Max sees Chloe's texts on her mobile and throws it over the fence! Chloe vows to continue pursuing him, and instructs Andrea to "persuade" Kyle to lift the curse. Kyle sees the deputy head, Miss Gayle, who tells him he's excused school uniform on the grounds he may not be at Grange Hill long. Emma is fascinated to hear about the curse on Chloe, but Tanya is unimpressed by the attention he's paying her friend. She tries to warn Emma he's nothing special - Emma accuses her of jealousy.Ed and Tigger withdraw their labour when Alex reveals he can't pay them. In desperation, he turns to Kathy for help to shift the smoothies but she's reluctant to help, until Martin suggests he sell them at the dance class. Alex is losing trade to nearby competition until Mooey sends them on their way. A customer wanting credit proves the last straw - Mooey lets him have it, but imposes a 5p IOU charge and decrees this is how business will be done from now on. Tanya realises Anna is interested in Togger when she overhears his conversation with Tigger. She comes up with a plan to show him what he's missing - she and Emma dress like extras in Britney Spears' video! It boosts the numbers but Togger's response to the provocatively-dressed girls is to ask Anna out - and she says yes.Kyle lifts his "curse" on Chloe, after making her deliver a grovelling apology. Andy explains why he's been out of sorts - his parents are sending him to private school, and today was his last at Grange Hill. They're doing it because they think Togger is holding him back. Togger ends their friendship, then looks on as Andy clears his locker and leaves the gates. |
