Year 9 successfully
distract Taylor with a remote controlled, allowing Tigger to steal
the key fob just in time. Sammy and Alison are worried about getting
busted.
Martin is alarmed that Kathy spent the night locked in a pub toilet
after celebrating her driving test - how can she hope to get straight
As if this is how she carries on? For once, the girls side with
him, then Ms Rawlinson tells Kathy her mum is worried about her
work - she urges her not to lose focus in these crucial final weeks.
Tanya defends Emma from bitching in the playground and makes it
clear she blames Togger for Emma's news spreading, which takes Abel
aback. Tanya struggles to convince Emma she needs to go back to
her mum - the initial shock may have subsided by now.
At the end of the day, Ed and Tigger hide in the toilets while the
girls keep watch. With Taylor out of the way the lads let the girls
in through the window and they begin to film "Baz Watch" in the sixth
form common room. Before long, floorboards start to creak and the
gang think they have their ghost. They find Cuddles the guinea pig
on the stage - and split up to find him.
Kathy goes to a "revision party" with Eleanor and isn't keen to
stay until she sees Donnie. While she bemoans carrying the weight
of the world, Donnie is uncharacteristically flattering towards
her and shares memories of Baz. The alcohol continues to flow and
Kathy asks Donnie to walk her home, to Eleanor's concern. Back at
school, Year 9 think the school really does have a ghost when their
various props start moving around. It's worse than that - Taylor
has been there the whole time and confronts Grange Hill's ghost
hunters.
Next morning, Kathy throws up on arrival in the common room. She asks
for Donnie but he's nowhere to be seen. Taylor summons the Year 9
ghost hunters to the radio room and they fear the worst. But after
giving them all a stern talking to, Taylor decides to keep stumm if
they do. He has one last surprise - Cuddles and some offspring he's
acquired during his stay at Grange Hill!
Emma arranges to meet her mum - she's not expecting much but at
least she'll know whether she can depend on her. Abel, for what
it's worth, tells Tanya he knows Togger to well and he just wouldn't
spread gossip about Emma like she claims. Kathy walks out of an
exam, feeling ill. She tells Karen she woke up nude this morning
- with no recollection of how she got into bed or any idea of what
might have happened with Donnie...all she found was his watch between
the sheets…
