Togger is still livid at the treatment he got from Mrs Bassinger. But his spirit for mischief is not dampened as he slaps up an election poster for Tanya, made using the photo Mr Fox took! Jeremy has something he wanted to tell Emma, but they are interrupted by Togger and Andy. Emma guesses Jeremy is going to ask her out.

Kathy hopes she would get elected to the school council, but is stunned when Eleanor pips her to the post. Maddie offers little consolation; she feels she's now at a stage where being picked for things didn't matter. Miss Adams names Tanya as the new Year 10 rep. She can't believe it - after all, she hadn't done any canvassing. Nevertheless, she accepts the job and her first proposal will be for a non-uniform day. Jeremy is keen to congratulate Tanya for her victory.

The Year 8 boys are busy taking bookings for G-1 - there's no shortage of punters. Mooey and Chloe both have their eye on the takings; in Ms Rawlinson's lesson, Tigger thwarts Chloe's distraction techniques. Later, Max chases Tigger into the toilets and pins him down. Togger saves the day by breaking down the door and Max runs for it - Tigger now has no choice but to let his brother enter G-1 for free. Max faces further humiliation when it emerges his mum is a vicar!

Baz and Donnie throw Max's bag underneath a dustcart, flattening it. Donnie makes insensitive remarks about Martin and Holly. Maddie, clearing her locker, confronts Baz for hanging out with a "bigot" - he reminds her who the real Billy-no-mates is round here. Jeremy finally gets a moment with Emma; far from asking her out, he asks if he stood a chance with Tanya! Emma can't believe it. Jeremy knows Emma wanted him and when he says her forgave her jealousy, they fall out.

The sixth form warm to Martin's incinerator when they realise it would mean no more dustcarts in the playground. The incinerator and school cafe get the go-ahead. Martin discovers an incinerator would be too expensive (he never believed the project would get off the ground); Holly suggests lobbying firms to donate one. The sixth form realise they've been hard on Maddie and plan to cheer her up, unaware the forlorn Maddie is having her last look around the school before leaving the gates for good.
