Togger counts down to the start of the summer break. The judges for the enterprise competition are in attendance, as are the governors to inspect the new toilet facilities. Martin warns Baz that Holly is still smarting from his no-show the previous night. Eventually he reveals his dad had a seizure and he didn't want to tell Holly because it was his "baggage". Holly is quite sympathetic and they agree to meet up again. Mooey tells Alex his money had ran out and he wanted more. Taylor witnesses his menacing behaviour and pins Mooey to the wall. Karen's arrival stops him sorting Mooey out but he is irritated by her interference. Jeremy accuses Emma of sabotaging his date with Tanya out of jealousy. She tells him Tanya is on the rebound. Togger tells Jeremy he'd be more suited to Emma, unaware Emma is listening behind the door.

Martin brings an anemometer to school to prove the wind turbine group is cheating. Kathy and Holly advise him to let it lie but he can't; next thing, Martin is spotted apparently kicking the wind turbine. He's actually trying to locate the cable feeding the turbine. Ms Rawlinson can do nothing as he rips up the cable and traces it to the portaloos. They are cheating after all! Mrs Bassinger opens the new toilets. Togger is like the cat that got the cream when he inspects the new facilities. Tanya bursts in to tackle him about his comments to Jeremy, the pair have to hide in a cubicle when Malachay arrives with the inspectors. When the coast is clear, Tanya and Togger find themselves having a civilised conversation; they even exchange smiles. Tanya tells Togger she admired how he sticks up for others. Had Jeremy not arrived suddenly, would they have kissed?

Tigger is looking forward to Euro Disney but Alex doesn't have the heart to tell about the cash. In desperation, Alex steals the £500 first prize cheque. Sammy spots him, she and Alison work out he's under Mooey's thumb. Sammy - herself a bully victim - convinces Alex to do the right thing and he hands the prize back to Mrs Bassinger before it is missed.

The results are announced; Year 8 are third with G-1, the wind turbine group second but the outright winner is E-Grange. Taylor arrives late for the results declaration. Martin is declared runner-up following his detective work but he is glad just to have proven a point. Togger and Abel are selected for the summer football camp. On his last day at Grange Hill, Mr Malachay is presented with a USB watch identical to the one he already has! Emma spots Togger smiling at Tanya and realises there's chemistry between them.

Taylor is surprised when Mrs Bassinger offers him a job as assistant caretaker. As part of the deal he could continue with E-Grange. It's a tempting offer; Taylor tells Karen he'd do it and sort himself out if they can be together, Karen tells Taylor she needs a break from him. Alison tells Tigger the money had gone. He takes the news well but in revenge Year 8 pelt Mooey with a water bomb - scoring a perfect bullseye! Mooey goes after them and a brawl ensues; Togger races to Tigger's aid and only the appearance of Mrs Bassinger stops things getting out of hand. The day ends with Tanya waiting at the doors for Togger. She can't get his attention as he's too busy dealing with Tigger, so she gives up and wanders into the sunset. Togger is left to kick himself...
