Years 7 and 9 set off for
the outward bound trip. Alex is really looking forward to it but it
almost wasn't a good start when Chloe takes another pop at him. Luckily
Miss Adams is right next to her and forces Chloe to apologise, which
she does grudgingly. When they arrive at the centre, everyone thinks
they're staying in the manor house but the sleeping quarters are further
up. The girls are less than impressed with the dorms; the view of
the woods from the window unsettles Tanya.
Mr Fox is wearing a "Who Dares Wins" top - Tigger wonders if he
was in the army. The lads are impressed when he catches a wasp with
his bare hands. The staff assemble the gang and everyone tries to
get a signal on their mobiles. Miss Adams orders everyone to surrender
any food; they will be hunting for their own lunches! Chloe brings
a sackful of sweets which she fails to declare; if no-one can find
any food she'll have to play tuck shops and they'd make a killing!
Sammy is less than impressed. Mr Fox teaches the gang how to hunt
rabbits. Chloe and Andrea hide in the trees scaring them off - unaware
Alex is filming them.
Back at school it's business as usual for Year 11. Max hassles Maddie
and Martin tells him to back off; he responds by lashing ot at Martin.
Baz joins the melee and when Mr Malachay arrives on the scene, Maddie
sticks up for Baz. He wants to buy Maddie a coffee as a thank-you;
Maddie says no. Baz finds this rejection hard and continues to push
the point; Martin warns him off with his customary brutal honesty.
Baz goes for Martin then reels in horror as he realises what he'd
done. It takes Maddie to calm Martin down.
Max baits Baz about fancying Annie; and tells him to meet him after
school to "finish business". Baz gets an idea when he notices some
ropes which Wally had earlier asked him to put away. Alison confronts
the Wannabees for stealing everyone's food; one by one the others
join her in demanding answers. Chloe realises Alex was filming her
while Sammy blurts out about the sweets. Andy realises what their
game was and Togger warns them to give everyone the sweets - or
else.
Kathy worries that the film is behind schedule. Spencer talks her
into setting Malachay up - she asks him for "skiing tips" so Spencer
could film Malachay acting like a complete prat! He's delighted with
the film; Kathy asks Spencer would he go out with her. He thinks she
is joking and hints he is still after Kat and Dawn. Mr Fox realises
everyone had contraband and the Wannabees were responsible. Alex suggests
they prepare tomorrow's lunch as dinner - Mr Fox makes them fillet
fish, which turns their stomachs. Alex continues his video diary and
reports a great day on the trip. But Ed warns him to stay away from
the Wannabees - and that Chloe was determined to make Alex pay for
their forfeit. |
