Mr Green turned up the heat on Togger for a progress report. Miss Dyson overheard the conversation and realised they were conning him in to doing the project for them. She ordered the trio to stay in at lunchtime and do some serious research for their project. Taylor returned to school, and got detention from Malachay for not doing his homework. Baz stuck up for Taylor, who admitted Ian's pep talk did the trick. Josh and Anika were sent for by Mrs Bassinger - separately, she told then they'd won the trip to France. Anika was delighted but Josh couldn't understand how he'd won. Martin was forced to come clean about entering his essay in Josh's name. Josh was all set to come clean but Martin insisted he did it for Josh, and that he didn't want to go. Kathy tried telling Mr Green what had happened but, fortunately, he thought she was playing the bad loser. Eventually, Martin convinced Kathy he did what he did out of friendship.
