| Taylor was surprised by Karen's animosity towards him - he at least
thought she'd be on his side. Feeling sorry for himself, Taylor blamed
the colour of his skin - eventually, he admitted that Mr Green hit
him. Karen was shocked and urged him to tell Mrs Bassinger. Annie
remained excited about the prospect of Dad coming home, but Baz couldn't
bring himself to tell her they weren't allowed to return. Elaine,
Baz's foster mum, warned Baz she would tell her if he didn't.
Realising she'd probably get stick from classmates, Miss Dyson
told Emma privately she'd won the DVD cover competition. But she
was less than delighted and thought it was only because Miss Dyson
felt sorry for her. Miss Dyson assured her that was not the case
and played down her problems; upset by this, Emma blurted out about
the psychiatrist. Tanya overheard and congratulated her; Togger
couldn't resist sticking the knife in.
Max conspired to get Martin to steal from the precinct. Kathy warned
Max she'd report him. Fearing Kathy had carried out her threat (which
she hadn't), Max chinned Martin, leaving him with a loose tooth. Baz
pinned Max to the wall once he heard. Later, Max was ready to have
another go but Martin told him friends don't go hurting each other.
Once Kathy and Baz showed up Max realised he was outnumbered and that
they really would grass on him.
Karen went round to see Taylor but he was adamant the system was
against him; she was amazed Taylor was giving up so easily and walked
away. Shannon overheard Karen talking to Baz about Taylor; Baz told
her to forget about him. Shannon was amazed Nick was only worried
about clearing his own name and gave him an ultimatum - if he didn't
tell Bassinger about Mr Green, she would not only grass on him but
tell everyone how far he'd go to cover his own back. Baz and Elaine
finally told Annie she couldn't return home until Social Services
were happy with Dad's progress. Devastated, Annie stormed off and
trashed Emma's prizewinning DVD cover.
Relations were improving between Ian and Shannon, but he told her
she was just a mate - not what she wanted to hear! |
