| Shannon is feeling low after Leah's departure; she even wonders
if there is any point being at school herself. Tanya comes to school
with bright red hair extensions. She has also stolen Karen's diary
and delights in reading its contents to Emma and Annie. Karen tells
Tanya to keep away from Annie, as Maddie thinks Baz is into drugs.
Miss Dyson orders Tanya to tie her hair back.
A new boy in the sixth form catches Shannon's eye - he is Nick,
who has been kicked out of college. Nick fails to impress Ian with
his laid-back take on the sports field sale. Baz and Annie are summoned
to see Mrs Bassinger and they again try to stall her contacting
their father. A letter comes for Mr Wainwright but Baz intercepts
it. Togger and Tanya find Tranter ill in the tank room, and wonder
what to do.
Annie is found with Tanya's make-up bag, Tanya accuses her of stealing
it and Annie counter-accuses Emma of planting it on her. Karen confronts
Tanya over the missing diary; a fight breaks out in the playground,
Karen pulls out Tanya's hair extensions. Mr Robson breaks up the scuffle.
When it emerges Karen fancied Baz, Maddie warns her to leave well
alone. She gives Baz another chance but he still won't open up. Kathy
attempts to ask Martin out but he storms off when she tries holding
his hand.
Mrs Bassinger tells Mr Robson she's been unable to get hold of
Mr Wainwright. Mr Robson decides to pay him a visit; Baz and Annie
are alarmed to find Mr Robson waiting outside their house and Baz
denies him entry. Shannon and Ian arrange a kickabout after school;
Shannon breaks the date to pursue Nick. Ian feels jealous. |
